MedTech Europe contribution to the EDPB consultation on Article 48 GDPR

MedTech Europe has submitted its contribution to the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) public consultation on the Guidelines on Article 48 GDPR, which was launched on 3 December 2024. The Guidelines seek to clarify the conditions under which personal data may be transferred to third countries in response to legal requirements or requests from non-EU authorities.
